Drunken Chicken

An simple, summer grilling favorite!

The Procedure

  • Rub cayenne pepper, garlic salt and any spices that you prefer into a whole fryer.
  • Shove an open beer can (preferrably full of beer) into the cavity of said whole fryer.
  • Set whole fryer up-right in a prepped smoker grill (as pictured).
  • When the wings start to fall off it is ready.

Note: Be sure to remove the beer can before eating!
