Krock Dog Kraut

A variation of traditional brotwurst or kielbasa and kraut, slow-cooked in a crock pot with potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 8 Angus beef hot dogs
  • 1 Can Bavarian Style Saurkraut
  • 1 Thinly Sliced potato
  • 1 Stalk celery (Diced)
  • 1 small onion (Minced)
  • 1 Tsp. Minced garlic
  • 1 Dash dill
  • 1 Dash ground black pepper
  • 1 Dash sea salt
  • 1 Cup H2O
  • 8 Oz. V8 (Regular)
  • 1 Dash balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Dash of Lee & Perrins
  • 2 Tsps. spicy mustard

How to make it

  • Blend all ingredients into the crock pot.
  • Cook on low heat for about 2 hours.
